US send F-22 to south korea

Right on Easter Sunday (31/3), United States (U.S.) sending F-22 fighter jets to South Korea (ROK) to join the South Korean military exercises. This jet deliveries as underscore the U.S. commitment to defend ancama Seoul in the face of North Korea (North Korea).

F-22 advanced fighter aircraft that are equipped with radar evading landed at Osan Air Base, the main U.S. base for South Korea which is located in Japan. At the same time, the U.S. military in South Korea issued a statement urging North Korea to resist the attack.

"North Korea will not get anything by way of provocation. Threats instead will further isolate North Korea and undermine international efforts to ensure peace and stability in Northeast Asia, "said the statement quoted by Reuters.

North and South Korean relations was increasingly heated since the new leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, nuclear weapons test in February. This action without heed the threat of UN sanctions and warnings from its closest ally, China. This test is the third nuclear test conducted by North Korea since 2006.

A day before the United States sent F-22, North Korea has even issued a statement that said their country was in a state of war with South Korea.
